Position:            Golf Course Superintendent
Department:      Eagle's Landing Golf Club

Eagle’s Landing Golf Club is currently looking for a Golf Course Superintendent to oversee maintenance of the City’s golf courses.  This position will be in on the ground level of a new 18-hole championship golf course and new clubhouse.  The Bridgemont Group is constructing a new Event Center Complex on a 1000-acre parcel of land for the City of Sevierville, which includes Eagle’s Landing Golf Course. The Events Center will open this fall and the new golf course is currently under construction.

Eagle’s Landing Golf Club was opened by the City of Sevierville in June 1994, and quickly become recognized as one of the top public courses in the state, received a 4-star rating by Golf Digest and was nominated for Golf Digest’s “Best Public Course” award in 1995.   With an 18-hole, par 72 championship layout, Eagle’s Landing Golf Club has five sets of tees enabling golfers of all skill levels to enjoy their visit.  There are 33,000 rounds of golf played every year.

The City of Sevierville Eagle’s Landing Golf Club is now accepting applications and/or resumes for the position of temporary/seasonal Service Worker.    The essential function of the position is to: provide labor for golf course construction, which includes but not limited to drainage, seeding, laying sod, edging, bunkers and other aspects associated with golf course construction.     

This position requires high school diploma, GED, or specialized vocational training and at least 3 months of related experience. Work schedule will be approximately 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and the successful applicant must be flexible and be available days and weekends.
