Longview Drive Closure to Continue

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the drain tile replacement project on Longview Drive will continue into next week. Weather and other conditions permitting, the current anticipated reopening date is the end of the day on Friday, May 12, 2017. See original release with specific closure location below.

MAY 1, 2017 MEDIA RELEASE
The Sevierville Public Works Department will be replacing a large drain tile on Longview Drive. In order to work safely and efficiently, a section of Longview Drive will be closed to thru traffic until the project is completed.

Specifically, Longview Drive will be closed to thru traffic between Wade Lane and 1730 Longview Drive. Weather and other conditions permitting, the road will tentatively be reopened by the end of the day on Friday, May 5, 2017.
