Sevierville Urges Adherence to CDC and State Guidelines to Mitigate the COVID-19 Spread

Posted 06-17-20.

The City of Sevierville urges all residents, visitors and businesses to follow CDC and State guidelines to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Now more than ever, we need to each do our part to keep us all as safe as possible. We ask that everyone please practice the following recommendations.

Wash your hands often with soap and water (or use an alcohol-based disinfectant) for at least 20 seconds, especially after coughing or sneezing.
Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.
Stay home when you are sick.
Cover your coughs and sneezes with your arm or a tissue.
Clean and disinfect objects (e.g., cell phone, computer) and high touch surfaces regularly.
Practice social/physical distancing from others.

Wear a cloth face cover when going out in public.
Stay safer at home whenever possible.
