TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Snapp Road Repair Scheduled to Begin February 24

The City of Sevierville is issuing a traffic advisory for a portion of Snapp Road beginning at approximately 8:30 a.m. Monday, February 24, 2020. Snapp Road, between Turtle Dove Trail and River Colony Court will be reduced to one lane to facilitate the construction of a Redi-rock wall, followed by reconstruction of the road surface.

Traffic will be maintained through use of a temporary traffic signal device. Motorists should expect delays, especially during heavy traffic periods and choose an alternate route if available.It is expected to take about sixty days to complete the project. Whaley Construction will build the wall and City of Sevierville Street Department staff will reconstruct the road surface.
