Leaf Collection Season Ending Soon, Work Order Required

Posted 01-12-21.

The City of Sevierville Public Works Department leaf collection service is scheduled to end on Friday, January 29.

For the remainder of the collection season, work orders are required for collection. To request a work order, please call 865-429-4567 between 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Residents may choose bagged or vacuum leaf collection. Either collection choice requires a work order.

Bagged leaves should be placed at curbside.

Tips for Vacuum Leaf Collection:
 Rake leaves in rows no more than 3 feet wide. Do not park vehicles in front of leaf piles; leaf piles that are blocked will not be collected until the service truck returns to the area as scheduled and the leaf piles are no longer blocked.
 Remove limbs, rocks, and other debris; leaf piles mixed with other materials will not be collected until the service truck returns to the area as scheduled and the leaf piles are separated.
 Do not place leaves in street.

If you have any questions regarding leaf collection, please contact the Public Works Department at 429-4567.
