Notice of Public Hearing 12/20/2021 - O-2021-022

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of an ordinance to amend the application and fee waiver period for existing, in good standing, short-term rental units (O-2021-022).

The public hearing will be Monday, December 20, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. Further information on this proposed zoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
