Proposed Plan of Services and Annexation - New Era Road

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled for Monday, May 16, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. at the Regular Meeting of the Sevierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen. This public hearing is to receive public comment on R-2022-010, a resolution adopting a Plan of Services for an area identified as Sevier County Tax Map 72, Parcels 15.00, 18.00, 21.00 21.01, 24.00, & 88.00 on New Era Road, proposed for annexation (R-2022-009) and incorporation within the corporate boundaries of the City of Sevierville, Tennessee, by Annexation Resolution.

Further information on the Plan of Services and Annexation Resolution may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Department of Development at Sevierville City Hall at 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday. Copies of the referenced documents are available at three locations in the City: the Sevierville Community Center (200 Gary Wade Blvd.), Sevierville City Hall (120 Gary Wade Blvd.), and the Sevierville Police Department (300 Gary Wade Blvd.), and in the annexation area on Reed Schoolhouse Road.
