On Monday, May 15, the Sevierville Police Department invites everyone to attend the annual Peace Officers Memorial Day service at 11:00 a.m. The service will take place at the front of the Police Department, 300 Gary Wade Boulevard. (In the event of poor weather, the service will be held inside the Sevierville Civic Center at the Municipal Complex, 120 Gary Wade Boulevard.)

A traffic advisory is being issued for the temporary closure of a section of Bruce Street on Saturday, May 6. Bruce Street, between Court Avenue and the Parkway, will be closed to all traffic from 12:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
The closure is necessary to facilitate the Bruce Street Brewfest special event.

The annual Sevierville Police Department Kids Police Camp has been scheduled for Monday, June 12 - Friday, June 16. The camp will take place daily from 8:00AM - 4:00PM. A mandatory parent/participant orientation will be held at the Sevierville Police Department at 6:00 p.m. on Friday June 9.

The repaving work on Rivergate Drive has been rescheduled because the contractor was unable to begin today. Work is now scheduled to begin on Monday, April 17. The work will take place Mon-Fri between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Weather and other conditions permitting, the project should be completed by April 26.
