City primary and secondary roads are mostly dry and in good condition. Public Works crews worked throughout the night and early morning treating and scraping, and will continue this morning. The potential for patches of black ice persists. Motorists should remain vigilant and exercise extreme caution. With temperatures around zero this morning, extra preparation and care is advised before traveling.
