Water Aerobics Classes
Water Aerobics is a cardiovascular exercise that tones, trims and strengthens muscles, improves flexibility and builds endurance without putting stress on the joints. Evening classes are even choreographed to music! Classes are available in the shallow and deep ends of the pool. Fee is $2.25 per class. First time participants can try the class for FREE!

H2o Tabata - is the new buzz word in the fitness industry and is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. This intense group exercise class utilizes the Tabata Fitness Protocol of 20 seconds work – followed by 10 seconds rest – repeated 8 times. Water Aerobics classes are handicap accessible.
