City Facilities Phone Outage

City of Sevierville Departments are experiencing phone outages at all City facilities. Sevierville Police dispatch lines are not included in this outage and are working properly.

The City's Information Technology department is working diligently with the Phone provider to restore the lines as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
