Notice of IDB Meeting - 5/6/2025

This will serve as legal notice that the City of Sevierville Industrial Development Board (IDB) has scheduled a meeting on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. The meeting will begin at 1:00 PM in the Sevierville Civic Center located at 200 Gary Wade Blvd., Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider an amendment to the purchase agreement between the IDB and Orange Development LLC, and other items of interest. Notice of BMA Workshop - 5/5/2025

This will serve as legal notice that the Sevierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BMA) has scheduled a workshop on Monday, May 5, 2025. The workshop will begin at 4:00 PM at the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, TN. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the FY 2026 Budget, and other items as needed.

Notice of Planning Commission & BZA Meetings Rescheduled - 5/8/2025

This will serve as legal notice that the Thursday, May 1, 2025, meetings of the City of Sevierville Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals have been rescheduled to Thursday, May 8, 2025. The meetings will be held at 5:00 PM in the Sevierville Civic Center. Further information on this meeting can be obtained by calling Sevierville City Hall at 865-453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.

Notice of Special Meeting - PBA 5/6/2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a special meeting of The Public Building Authority of the City of Sevierville, Tennessee (the Authority) will be held at 1:00 p.m., local time, on May 6, 2025, in the LeConte Auditorium of the Sevierville Civic Center located at 200 Gary Wade Blvd., Sevierville, Tennessee 37862, for the purpose of considering all matters as may be properly presented to the Authority, including without limitation, consideration of certain amendments to bond documents relating to its Local Government Public Improvement Bonds, Series 2009B, Series 2010A, and Series 2010B, the proceeds of which were loaned to the City of Sevierville. The Authority will also consider an Amendment to the Index of the Main Indenture, a Change Order to Denark Construction for material at the entry gable at the Children’s Center, Change Order to RFS Sports for change of adhesive required for sports floor at the Children’s Center, and other items as needed.

Notice of Public Hearing - O-2025-006 - Property Maintenance Regulations

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of updating the Municipal Code related to Property Maintenance Regulations, as proposed in O-2025-006. The public hearing will be Monday, May 5, 2025 at 6:00 P.M., at the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary R. Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. Further information on this proposed amendment may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Development Department at Sevierville City Hall by calling 865-453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
