Storms Cause Phone Outages at City Facilities

The storms throughout middle and east Tennessee have caused a phone outage at some City of Sevierville public facilities. Residents calling in may not be connected. The City’s phone service provider is working to repair the problem, but no estimate is available for when the phone lines will be operational. At this time, residents may still call into the Police Department at 865-453-5506, and emergencies should still be reported via 911. All City facilities are currently open with regular operating hours.
