Christmas and New Year’s Holiday Schedules 2020/2021

The following schedules will be in effect for City of Sevierville facilities and services during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays:

 

Residential/Curbside garbage collection will take place as follows:
Regular Collection Day- New Collection Day
Thursday 12/24-Monday 12/28
Friday 12/25-Monday 12/28
Friday 1/1-Monday 1/4
Collection will likely occur earlier than usual, so customers must have their cans at curbside by 5 a.m. on Monday. No yard waste (brush, tree limbs, shrubs, etc.) will be collected December 21-January 1.

Commercial dumpster collection will take place as follows:
Regular Collection Day-New Collection Day
Thursday 12/24-Wednesday 12/23
Friday 12/25-Thursday 12/24
Friday 1/1-Thursday 12/31

The Sevierville Golf Club will be closed Friday, December 25, close at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 24 and Thursday, December 31, and be open on Friday, January 1.

The Sevierville Community Center will be closed Thursday, December 24, Friday, December 25 and Friday, January 1. The building will close at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 31.

Sevierville City Hall is closed to the public indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All City Hall offices will be closed Thursday, December 24, Friday, December 25 and Friday, January 1, so no telephone or email contact with employees will be available on these days.

Sevierville Police Department administrative and records offices will be closed Thursday, December 24, Friday, December 25 and Friday, January 1.

Sevierville Water Systems offices will be closed Thursday, December 24, Friday, December 25 and Friday, January 1. For emergency service, please call 865-453-5522.

The Sevierville Civic Center administrative offices will be closed Thursday, December 24, Friday, December 25 and Friday, January 1. The building will close at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 31.

The Sevierville Convention Center administrative offices will be closed Thursday, December 24, Friday, December 25 and Friday, January 1.
