TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Lane Closures on a Section of Gists Creek Road

A traffic advisory is being issued for lane closures on a section of Gists Creek Road beginning today, November 4, 2021.

 

The lane closures will be in place on Gists Creek Road, between Highway 66 and Old Knoxville Highway. Weather and other conditions permitting, the lane closures will be removed by the end of the day on Wednesday, November 10.

The lane closures are necessary to allow for bridge repair work. Motorists should be alert for changing traffic patterns, workers and equipment in this section and use caution. Delays should be expected, especially during heavy traffic periods.
