TRAFFIC ADVISORY: TDOT plans work on Highway 448 Sunday, August 17

The Tennessee Department of Transportation has informed the City of planned drainage repair work on Highway 448 Sunday evening, August 17. The work will take place on the northbound side beginning at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 17and concluding at 5:00 a.m. Monday morning, August 18.

The work will necessitate the closure of the right travel lane on portions of Highway 448 northbound. Motorists should be alert for changing traffic patterns, slowed traffic, workers and equipment in the area.

Traffic will be maintained, short term delays are possible.
