Notice of Public Hearing - Lewelling Road - 10/20/2025

Notice is hereby given that the Sevierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen will hold public hearings on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. during its regular meeting at Sevierville City Hall, 120 Gary Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee.

The Board will receive public comment on Resolution R-2025-015 adopting a Plan of Services, Resolution R-2025-016 annexing property into the corporate limits of the City of Sevierville, and Ordinance O-2025-017 zoning the property HDR High Density Residential District. The subject property is identified as Sevier County Tax Map 072 Parcel 006.01 and is located on Lewelling Road.

Copies of the referenced documents are available at the Sevierville Community Center, 200 Gary Wade Boulevard; Sevierville City Hall, 120 Gary Wade Boulevard; Sevierville Police Department, 300 Gary Wade Boulevard; and within the annexation area.
