Notice of Public Hearing - Lodging Occupancy Privilege Tax 8/20

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter Ordinance O-2018-011 to amend Section 5-402 of the Sevierville Municipal Code to change the rate of the lodging occupancy privilege tax from 2% to 3%.  

The public hearing will be Monday, August 20, 2018, 2018 at 6:00 P.M., in the Council Hall of the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary R. Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. Further information on this proposed ordinance may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting Sevierville City Hall or by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
