Notice of Public Hearing 10/16/2023 - O-2023-015

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of an ordinance (O-2023-015), to amend Title 8 of the Sevierville Municipal Code by adding a new Chapter 3, Retail Package Stores.

The public hearing will be Monday, October 16, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. at the regularly scheduled Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting. Further information on this proposed ordinance may be obtained prior to the public hearing by calling Sevierville City Hall at (865) 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
