Notice of Public Hearing - O-2024-016 - Zoning Ernest McMahan Rd - 10/21/2024

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of placing the MDR zoning designation on property, as proposed in O-2024-016, which consists of land on Ernest McMahan Road. Said land is noted on the map by the shaded areas.

The public hearing will be Monday, October 21, 2024 at 6:00 P.M., at the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary R. Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. Further information on this proposed rezoning may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 865-453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
