Notice of Public Hearing - R-2025-011 & R-2025-012 - Annexation & POS Johnson Ln

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing have been scheduled for Monday, September 15, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. at the Regular Meeting of the Sevierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen. This public hearing is to receive public comment on a resolution adopting a Plan of Services for an area identified as Sevier County Tax Map 061, Parcel 19.01 on Johnson Estate Lane, proposed for annexation and incorporation within the corporate boundaries of the City of Sevierville, Tennessee, by Annexation Resolution.

Further information on R-2025-011 (Plan of Services) and R-2025-012 (Annexation) may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Development Department at Sevierville City Hall at 865-453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday. Copies of the referenced documents are available at three locations in the City: the Sevierville Community Center (200 Gary Wade Blvd.), Sevierville City Hall (120 Gary Wade Blvd.), and the Sevierville Police Department (300 Gary Wade Blvd.), and at three locations in the annexation area.
