The catering and food services department at The Sevierville Convention Center is managed by nationally ranked, Spectra Food Services & Hospitality Services. The priority of Spectra is to create memorable experiences for guests through fresh, creative and innovative food service concepts and cuisine while providing outstanding quality service. Our Loading Dock includes:

• Ten berths
• Multiple entries for trucks to drive onto Exhibit Hall floor
• 1.89 paved parking area for trucks, trailers, equipment, etc.
