The City of Sevierville will keep residents informed of any changes to City services and facility schedules in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Currently, ALL City services remain in place. The following facilities are closed indefinitely:
People who have concerns they may have symptoms of COVID-19 can contact the health department at 865-453-1032 for consultation and to talk through potential options for testing in their area.
If you are ill and experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 (fever and cough, shortness of breath or breathing problems), it is recommended you call either your health care provider or the health department first so they can arrange for your arrival to minimize the risk of exposing others to an illness
We are requesting that businesses in the leisure travel/tourism sector please stop soliciting to guests for vacations in Sevier County through April 14, 2020. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, it is imperative to follow the guidelines of the CDC and Governor Lee and stay at home when possible.
We are not able to receive old and unused prescription and over the counter drugs at the Police Department due to the closure of the lobby to the public. When the lobby is reopened, we will be able to utilize our Drug Take Back cabinet again.
